If you are not completely satisfied with your o-bakkashoes.com order, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may be considered final sale and, therefore, may not be returned or exchanged.
Any delivery charges, COD charges, or seasonal surcharges included in your order total are non-refundable.
Because certain personalized or custom products (if applicable) are made specifically for you, they are not returnable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as face covers or socks (if sold) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased as “Limited Edition” or “Hype Products” must be returned via the online return request portal within seven (7) days of the delivery date. The product page will indicate if the item has a special return window.
Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, undamaged.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and without any signs of wear (no dirt marks, stains, or sole impressions).
- Accessories must include all parts, labels, and original packaging.
- Items without boxes, tags, or essential packaging may not be accepted for return.
We are unable to accept any item(s) purchased from retailers other than www.o-bakkashoes.com

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

- Sign in to your Creators Club Account
- Go to your Order History
- View the order you wish to return and select Return Items or Free Size Exchange
- Select the product to return, return reason, and the payment method for your refund
- If Exchanging, select the product to exchange and your new size
- Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided
GUEST USERS
- Go to the Order Tracker
- Enter your order number (i.e., AD000000000) and email address to find your order details
- Select Return Items or Free Size Exchange
- Select the product to return, return reason, and the payment method for your refund
- If Exchanging, select the product to exchange and your new size
- Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided
EASY LABEL PRINT AND SHIPMENT RETURN
Once you have followed the prompts to complete your return or exchange on adidas.com you will be provided with a return label.To send back your order, simply:
- Print the return label. No printer? Simply save the return FedEx QR code or return label on your mobile device to show during drop-off.
- Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you.
- Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label or show the return FedEx QR code during drop off.
- Bring your package to a return drop off location. More details on return drop off locations can be found at http://www.fedex.com/easyreturns
- We will process your return within 21 business days from the time that our facility receives it.
- Processing your return will include a complete quality inspection of each product before a refund is approved.
- After your return is processed with a complete quality inspection and a refund is approved, you will receive a credit issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
